Yes, all 42 tools. Every one has a free path, and that path is the whole tool: no download limit, no watermark on anything, no resolution cap, and no card anywhere in the flow. You do not need an account to use any tool on the site or to download what it makes.

The reason it can be free is that the free path runs in your browser, on your machine, so an extra person compressing an extra photo costs us nothing. The one thing Pro sells is cloud processing, where heavier models run on our servers for cleaner cut-outs and faster results. That costs us money per run, so that is what carries a price. Quality, format, size and count never do.

Not unless you send it. Splitting, merging, converting, compressing, resizing, annotating and background removal all run on a canvas inside the page you have open, and that is the default on every tool. Close the tab and the file is gone. A tool that offers a cloud engine marks it with a cloud badge; pick it and that one job runs on our servers, and the copy is deleted the moment the result comes back. Nothing is uploaded without that choice.

Two smaller exceptions, and neither one touches your image. The background remover downloads a segmentation model to your browser, roughly 40 MB the first time, and runs it there. The YouTube downloaders ask our server to read a public YouTube page for the image URL, because YouTube blocks the browser from doing it directly, and the picture itself then downloads straight from Google to you.

Yes. The Screenshot Editor has a redaction tool with five ways to hide something: a real blur, a pixelate, a solid box, an emoji sticker, and a glitch. Drag a shape over what you want gone, or trace freehand around it when the thing is not a neat rectangle, like a face or a signature.

One piece of advice the tool gives you at the moment you choose: if it genuinely matters, use Solid. A blur or a mosaic is a transformation of the pixels that were there, and a weak one can sometimes be partially reversed. A filled box has nothing underneath it. And because none of this is uploaded, the version with the details still visible never leaves your machine either way.
