  • Screenshot Editor (future feature)
  • Batch Image Resize (future feature)
  • Face Swap and AI-based tools (future features)

Some tools process images entirely within your browser.

Certain features may transmit images to third-party AI providers for processing.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice or liability.

3. Eligibility

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13.

By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.

4. User Content & Responsibility

You retain ownership of any images you upload.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal right to upload and process the content.
  • Your content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
  • Your content does not violate any laws.

We do not monitor or review uploaded images.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Copyright compliance
  • Use of generated or edited images
  • Ensuring you have consent for any identifiable person in uploaded images
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. AI Features Disclaimer

Certain features may use artificial intelligence provided by third-party APIs.

AI outputs:
  • May be inaccurate
  • May contain errors
  • May unintentionally resemble copyrighted or third-party material

You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated or AI-edited content before use.

We do not guarantee:

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record. By purchasing, you also agree to Dodo Payments’ Buyer Terms.

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
  • You are responsible for cancelling before renewal.
  • No refunds for partial billing periods or unused time.

Lifetime Plan

“Lifetime” means the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the user.

We may discontinue the product at any time. In such cases:

  • No compensation will be provided.
  • No refunds will be issued.
  • We may provide notice prior to discontinuation at our discretion.
Refund Policy: All purchases are final unless required by applicable law or granted by Dodo Payments at their discretion.

7. Service Availability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".

We do not guarantee continuous uptime, error-free performance, or uninterrupted access.

We are not responsible for outages caused by:

  • Hosting providers
  • AI providers
  • Payment providers
  • Internet failures
  • Events beyond our control

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Use the Service unlawfully
  • Engage in abusive behavior
  • Attempt to misuse AI features

No refunds will be issued upon termination for violation.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Create unlawful or defamatory content
  • Impersonate individuals
  • Generate non-consensual face swaps
  • Create harmful or misleading content
  • Violate intellectual property rights

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Our total liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for: Indirect damages, Lost profits, Data loss, Business interruption, or Consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Piknova and its operator from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and legal fees arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your uploaded content
  • Your violation of these Terms

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including:

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in India.
